Frankl taught that even in the midst of difficulty, we have the capacity to discover purpose and meaning. The goal is to honor this perspective by helping you explore what matters most to you, guiding you to connect with your values and strengths. At the same time, I draw upon proven therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based practices, to support lasting change and emotional well-being.
